To ensure the seamless operation of the application, we kindly request that you update your firewall and web server configurations to whitelist all SiteWALL IP addresses.

Subject : Enhancements to Defacement Feature in SiteWALL Web Application Firewall

We are excited to announce an important update to our defacement detection feature, designed to offer you superior protection and effectiveness. To take full advantage of these enhancements, it is necessary to adjust the defacement threshold setting for your application.
 
Why Change the Defacement Threshold?
The enhanced defacement feature now operates with greater accuracy and efficiency. By setting the defacement threshold to 1%, you will benefit from an improved detection rate of unauthorized modifications, ensuring your application’s integrity and security.
 
How to Change Your Defacement Threshold to 1%: 
Please follow the simple steps below to update your defacement threshold setting:
  1. Log in to your account at admin.sitewall.net using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Applications.
  3. Find your application in the list and click on the Edit icon in the Actions column.
  4. Select Security Modules, then adjust the Defacement % in Defacement Scanning to "1". Conclude the process by clicking on "Finish".
