Subject : Defacement Release 3.0.


We are pleased to inform you that we are rolling out a new version of our Defacement detection solution.

The new release introduces enhanced detection capabilities, improved crawling performance, and new reporting features to provide better visibility and stronger protection for your monitored applications.


Release Schedule

The new version will be rolled out on 19 May 2026 and will be live from 20 May 2026.

As part of this release, our support team will perform a mandatory baseline update for all monitored applications on 19 May 2026 before the new code is rolled out.

What’s New in This Release?

The new version includes the following enhancements:

  1. Extended Defacement Detection Coverage: Defacement monitoring will now support detection across extended pages and URLs, improving overall coverage beyond the primary monitored pages.
  2. New Reports: New defacement reports will be available to provide better visibility into detection results and monitoring status.
  3. Download PDF Support: Defacement reports will now include a Download PDF option for easier sharing, archival, and compliance reporting.
  4. Enhanced Detection Capabilities: The detection engine has been improved to identify defacement-related changes more effectively.
  5. Multi-Threading Support: Crawling and comparison activities will now support multi-threading, improving performance and processing efficiency.

1. When will the new version be live?
The new version will be live from 20 May 2026.

2. Is there any activity required from my side?
No action is required from your side. Our support team will perform the required baseline update for all applications.

3. When will the baseline activity be performed?
The baseline update will be performed on 19 May 2026.

4. Why is the baseline update required?
The baseline update is mandatory for the new version to work correctly. It ensures that the enhanced detection engine has the latest approved reference version of your monitored pages before the new release goes live.

5. Will there be any impact on monitoring?
There is no action required from your side. The support team will take care of the required update activity. Any planned activity will be handled to ensure a smooth transition to the new version.

Subject : Network Downtime

We observed a network issue on 11th August 2025 between 11:33 AM and 11:44 AM due to a glitch in our network service provider’s infrastructure. The issue was resolved by 11:44 AM.

The network provider has identified and addressed the root cause. In addition, we have implemented additional network routes to ensure traffic can be seamlessly rerouted to the next available datacenter in the event of any future disruptions.
